AT trainers employ a variety of teaching methods, but our main emphasis is on the communicative method.

Lessons are conducted in the target language, and students are encouraged to use the target language throughout the entire lesson. Our trainers don't lecture; students are encouraged to actively participate and acquire language skills through uninhibited use of the target language.

In contrast to conventional teaching, the communicative method recognises the fact that through making mistakes, through continous trial and error, learning is at its most effective. A positive environment where learning is fun, rather than dull repetition, is the best guarantee for success.

The conventional grammar-translation method still has its uses. It can be helpful to point out differences and similarities between the grammatical structures of the native and the target language. The ability to translate from one language into the other is also useful for the students to self-correct and and gain a better understanding of both their native language and the target language.
